Obituary of Irene Pudlo
May She Rest in Eternal Peace Irene Pudlo, 59, of Holmdel, passed away on Thursday, January 28th, 2010 at home, after a courageous two year battle fighting pancreatic cancer. Irene was born in Poland and lived in Chicago prior to moving to Holmdel in 1988. She was a beautiful and beloved wife, mother and grandmother. She brought joy and light into everyone’s life that she touched. She spent the past twenty years working in the fine jewelry and watch department at Macy’s in Eatontown, N.J. Irene was predeceased by her parents Joseph and Janina Boczek. She is survived by Leo, her loving husband of 40 years and her three daughters, Tina Blumenthal of Highland Park, IL, Jennifer D’Ambrosio and her husband Joseph of Holmdel, and Kathy Pudlo of Holmdel. She absolutely treasured her four granddaughters Alyssa, Abigail, Aliyah and Lindsay. Her sweet dog Bella, brought happiness and comfort on some of her toughest days. Irene was extremely loved and will never be replaced or forgotten by her family, friends and coworkers. Visitation will be at the Holmdel Funeral Home, 26 South Holmdel Road, Holmdel on Sunday from 2 to 6 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Monday at 9:00A.M. at St. Catharines Church, 108 – Middletown Road, Holmdel.
