I worked with Gerri over the years starting back with US Corporation. Always enjoyed talking with her and always came away from our conversations regarding work or personal on a positive note. Our deepest condolences to the Disko and Mirando families. We will always remember Gerri sitting on the first bench in the stands and trying to give her blankets to use on those cold days. She was a great supporter and fan for her nephews as well as other kids on the teams. She will be missed...

I lived three houses away from the Mirando's on Greenville Avenue and some of my fondest memories of growing up in Jersey City include that family. Those were the days when after school, and on weekends, all the kids on "the block" would get together and play games or sports. Remembering those days always brings a smile to my face as it makes me think of the many wonderful friends that were part of my childhood, some that I still see today. Although we may grow apart as we get older, and we don't see some of those people too often, I'll always remember Gerri and the times we had as kids. To Sal, Anthony, Donna, and the rest of the Mirando family, my most heartfelt condolences go out to you during this sad time. R.I.P. Gerri, you will be missed but not forgotten.

Someone with such a kind spirit & loving heart left too soon & it’s tearing us apart. We can forever play back the memories and say…I remember the day. I am deeply saddened by the death of Gerri. I didn't have the pleasure of meeting her in person but spoke to her on the phone every day sometimes at least 5 times a day with work related problems. So sorry to hear about my cousin Gerri's passing. She was the life of the party, always with a joke or water gun...She is in Heaven now with her parents and Uncle Frank and Aunt Margaret and Paula and all the other relatives that have passed. If you hear thunder thats them welcoming her with open arms and laughs.
