Carolyn I. Solewski-Boulton, 56, of Tinton Falls passed away Thursday, December 25, 2014 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune. Born in Irvington, NJ Carolyn graduated from Lafayette College in 1980. She served her country as a Captain in the US Army from 1980 to 1985 and was stationed in Germany. Carolyn worked for Merck & Co. in Rahway as a Clinical Data Manager, and was a member of the Monmouth Players Theatre Group in Navesink, NJ. Carolyn was a beloved wife and mother, and an inspiration to so many family and friends. She was predeceased by her parents John A. and Helen T. Solewski, and her brother John A. Solewski, Jr. Surviving are her husband David A. Boulton, her daughters Sarah K. Boulton and Rachel E. Boulton, her sister Lorraine Willem and her husband Matthew, her sister-in-law Janet Solewski, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and acquaintances. Visitation will be held Monday from 2-4 and 7-9PM at the Holmdel Funeral Home 26 South Holmdel Road, Holmdel. A funeral service will be offered in the funeral home on Tuesday at 10:00AM.
