Pete, I grew up in your Rutherford house pool playing with Chris. Diane Paquin gave us swimming lessons there. I loved seeing you with that beautiful chin of yours. I remember how he used to take care of all of our cars down on Comminipaw Ave....those were some of my best memories....just stopping in the station and chatting with Pete.

I am praying for all of Pete's family during this difficult time.
I taught at Saint Mary's in Rutherford when Pete was a student. Then, met him again when I came to work at Our Lady of Sorrows in Jersey City.
Loved his humor and his stories. Every Ash Wednesday he would call from Critelli's and ask if I was coming for gas and if yes, could I bring ashes.

I am so full of memories of all of us cousins getting together every holiday as kids. Pete always brought laughter and lively conversation to our gatherings as years went by.
Saying Pete will be missed is an understatement. Saying he is memorable is an understatement.
Saying he is loved is an understatement...
There was nothing understated about him. Pete had a tough exterior with a heart of gold.
I hope the family finds comfort in knowing he is with his grandparents, and other family and friends who have passed. Likely debating with them and making them.laugh.
