We were blessed to have known Mr. Teevan. We can never thank Sue Milnes enough for introducing us! Throughout the years we were lucky to meet his adored, beautiful wife Nuala and other extended family members. He loved his family so and was very proud of their accomplishments, Mr. Teevan always spoke fondly of. St. Benedict's and of his roots in Newark. He often regaled us with astonishing and humorous stories of those times. An accountant par excellance, even our onerous adventures with the IRS were always successful and amusing! Clever, thoughtful, generous and charitable, a finer man I never knew. He will be sorely missed. Our deepest condolences to Nuala and family. Richard & Veronica Parent

"Teevan"...as I called him, was an amazing, kind and generous individual. I know him because of his work at SBP. Notice I say, "his work". I was the employee, but John Teevan operated around SBP as if he was an employee of the place. You could not have a better friend, colleague or alumni of any school. He loved the shore reunion and would come and help whenever called. I will surely miss him and our conversations. Rest In Power Teevan!!! If God needed an Accountant, he called the best man for the job home!
