Obituary of Adele Louise Bokelmann
Adele (Lesniak) Bokelmann, our beloved sister, 91, of Colts Neck passed away Sunday, October 23, 2011 at Care One at King James Nursing Home in Middletown. She was born in Irvington, NJ and later the family moved to Wood-Ridge, NJ where she attended Rutherford High School and Fairleigh Dickinson University. Adele retired from AT&T as an Executive Administrator with 44 years of service. Locally she was a member of the Women's Club of Matawan and Naomi Circle of the 1st Presbyterian Tower Hill Church in Red Bank. She was predeceased by her husband Henry F. Bokelmann, and sister Cecelia Baros She is survived by her sisters, Eugenia Locklin of Brick, NJ and Grace Nash and her husband William H., of Holmdel, NJ, brothers Lewis A. Lesniak, and his wife Grace, of Parrish, FL, Leonard J. Lesniak, MD and his wife Janet, of Bay Head, NJ, and Lawrence Lesniak, and his wife Jacqueline, of Jacksonville, FL, her husband's son Paul Bokelmann, of Costa Rica, and his daughter Jennifer Isola, of San Jose, CA, as well as many loving nieces and nephews. A Memorial Gathering will be held from 1:00 to 3:00PM Saturday, November 5, 2011 at the Holmdel Funeral Home 26 South Holmdel Road, Holmdel. A Funeral Service will be offered in the Funeral Home at 2:30PM.
