CHARLES (Bud) G. WELLE, passed away on March 9th, 2009, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Bloomfield, his family moved to Holmdel where he resided with his family for most of his adult years. He and his wife Ellie moved to Morganville 6 years ago. Bud was employed by Friedland Bros. in Keyport for 56 years, retiring in June of 2007. He served in the U.S.Army from 1943 until 1946. Bud was predeceased by his loving wife Ellie, and by his sister Ruth. He is survived by his daughters, Linda and Bob Cramer, Donna and Pat Gill, Kathy and Jake Johnson, by 6 grandchildren, by 5 great grandchildren, and by his two sisters Dot Scalzo and Midge Kerestes. He will be missed dearly by all who knew him.
