Frances L. Namowitz, 86, of Holmdel passed away Sunday, May 17, 2015 at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel. Born in Paterson, Mrs. Namowitz worked as a Secretary for the Holmdel Township School System. She was a parishioner of St. Catharine's R.C. Church in Holmdel, a member of the VFW Women's Auxiliary in Edison, and she loved to travel and play bingo. She was the love of her husband Henry's life, best friend to her daughter Carole, and she was the sweetest woman who didn't have a mean bone in her body. Surviving are her husband of 60 years Henry F. Namowitz, her children Kenneth Namowitz and his wife Pam, Judy Krukowski and her husband Michael, and Carole Lucas, her 6 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 3:00 to 7:00PM at the Holmdel Funeral Home 26 South Holmdel Road, Holmdel. A funeral service will be offered in the funeral home on Thursday at 10:00AM. Interment will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover, NJ.
