Orthopedic Surgeon EDGAR Q. MARTIREZ MD., 61, passed away on Monday January 26th. Prior to moving to Colts Neck 9 years ago, he lived in Parlin, NJ. Born in the Philippines, Dr. Martirez graduated from the University of the East Philippines Medical School. He was an Orthopedic Surgeon, with a practice in South Amboy. Dr. Martirez is survived by his wife Dolores, his sons Richard and David, his parents, Napoleon and Patrocinio Martirez and his brothers Bishop Raul Martirez in the Philippines, and Nelson Martirez of Piscataway, NJ.
