Dear Mary ,Daniel,Kevin, and Sean I am so very sorry for your loss! I remember when I first met Dan...we were at the school for cub scout sign-ups, A group of us veteran den leaders, knowing the work involved, had reluctantly turned down the chance to run the pack,but in comes Dan....without a blink...he just said "I'll do it".I remember thinking to myself how great it was to get so involved so quickly after moving here, and how crazy!He soon joined the firehouse,saw our family through my dad's passing along with others in our fire co. family ,helped us put the addition on our home,and offered me and my children help if we should need it during the difficulties we have been having. Dan was a true friend and a decent man. We are all the better for having known him and in his premature passing this town has lost a little bit of its heart. Our prayers are with you all!
