IRMA VALENTINA FERRARIS, 93, of Middletown, passed away on Monday, Dec, 1st. Born in Union City, N.J. she lived there for 76 years prior to moving to Shadow Lake Village in Middletown 17 years ago. Mrs. Ferraris partnered with her husband in Vals Meat Market and Chevals Restaurant both in Union City NJ. She was predeceased by her husband of 55 years, Constantine Valentine Ferraris, and a sister Mary Lawrence. She is survived by a son Ronald Ferraris and his wife Carol of Holmdel, a son Dr. Valentine Ferraris of Providence, R.I., a daughter Dr. Joan D. Ferraris – Norenburg and her husband Dr. Jon Ferraris - Norenburg of Washington DC, and by her 7 Grandchildren and 10 Great Grandchildren.
