John was employed as an Auto and Truck Mechanic for Strickland Trucking Company in Kearny, N.J. for many years. He is a Veteran of the U.S.Army.He is survived by his wife Matina, brothers Gus of Pennsylvania and Tom of Rahway, N.J., and a sister Patricia of South Amboy N.J. Formerly of Sayreville, he lived in Keyport for the past 20 years.
