Obituary of Harry J. Boudreau, Jr.

Harry J. Boudreau, 55, of Lincroft passed away Monday morning, March, 16, 2020 surrounded by his loving family.

Harry was born in Staten Island to Harry Sr. and Barbara Sindle Boudreau. He attended McGee high school where he discovered his passion for electrical work.

Harry was an electrician and proud member of IBEW Local 3. Harry loved woodworking and it was evident throughout his home. He loved slot cars and many family trips to Disney World. Harry was a proud volunteer for the hurricane Sandy recovery effort and the Snug Harbor September 11th Memorial site in Staten Island. He was a member of St. Leo the Great R.C. Church in Lincroft.

Harry is survived by his loving wife, Gloria Valderrama-Boudreau; daughter, Gillian Rose; parents, Harry Sr and Barbara; brother, Mark and wife, Toniann Boudreau; sister, Marcel and husband, John Sanders; in-laws, Ronald Valderrama and Catherine Hornlein; beloved brother-in-law to Christine & Peter Nardozi and Linda & Ray Evarts; loving nieces and nephews; his adoring aunts, uncles and cousins as well as best friends; the Palfinis, Moores, Perrellas, Mastroiannis and all of his electrical brothers.

The family would like to recognize the care and compassion from Dr. Raghu Kunamneni, palliative care oncologist; staff at Memorial Sloan Kettering oncology department; IBEW Local 3 business agent, Joseph Santigate of IBEW Local 3 and the Staten Island Club. A special thank you to Wendy Negron, Jeff Moore and Jackie Douglas for their care and support throughout Harry’s illness.

A visitation will be held on Friday, March 20th from 12:00 to 2:00 PM and 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the Holmdel Funeral Home, 26 South Holmdel Road, Holmdel. The funeral service and entombment will be private. A Memorial Mass will be offered at a later date once the current pandemic condition has ceased.
