My deepest condolences for the loss of Michael. Even though I never met him personally, I know his wonderful mother Elaine and I remember her telling me about Michael's job and how proud she was of the young man she brought up, and his kindness to the people he worked with. I grieve for the family's pain and hope that the myriad memories of moments shared together will bring some comfort.
