I once asked Aunt Eleanore her thoughts about taking care of the dying. She replied, "When I stand at the bedside of a dying patient, I feel Jesus standing on the other side of the bed. That's how I do it." On the Feast of His Blessed Mother's Assumption, Our Lord also stood before Aunt Eleanore and said, "Come you blessed of my Father, yours is the Kingdom prepared for you." Dear Debbi, Victoria and family, I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your mother and grandmother Eleanor. She was such a giving loving person, so many charities she was faithful in donating to, as well as her love of adopting animals. We met because of Greyhounds, we had many enjoyable years at Meet and Greets in Smithville with the dogs. Many luncheons and happy times were had throughout the years. Her home was always spotless and you were always welcome. I will forever always miss her and remember her. Oh and by the way, I know There are many furry friends awaiting you at the rainbow bridge. As a nurse, Aunt Eleanore touched the lives of many patients and their families. In particular, my mom always remembered how Aunt Eleanore would give special attention to my father during his final hospitalization, almost fifty yeas ago. Aunt Eleanore has taken all of these kindnesses with her into her new life.

Mrs. Ciuba was always a 2nd Mother to me. I’ve known her since age 2, when she moved in across the street from me on Rosewood. Debbie & I began to get closs from the day they moved in. I Know the Ciuba’s over 55 Years. That is a Lifetime of Love & Friendship , that will last forever ! She & her husband Victor took me & Debbie on all kinds of vacations Virginia Beach was the Best. I can go on & on. One thing I will really Miss is the 3am White Castle Runs after Mrs. C worked her night shift as a Nurse !We would all go to the beach together herself, Debbie, myself & my mom. By the way her Spaghetti & Meat Sauce was the Best !!
