Pat- I wish I would have realized that your email to me on Tuesday would be the last time we spoke. You seemed to have an inkling of something and now that I re-read it, I wish I would have picked up on it. We shared many a laugh together and sometimes all it would take was a glance across the room and we both knew what was lurking in our respective minds. I am going to miss that. Rest in peace my friend. Jeff

One of my favorite memories is when I turned 16 and Uncle Pat organized a family softball game in the field behind our house. He asked Grandpa to be the umpire. Every time a call was made against him, Uncle Pat would yell "Hey Ump! What's with that call? Do you only have one eye??" and we would laugh hysterically because Grandpa did indeed have only one eye...Uncle Pat's legacy of love and laughter will live on in our hearts.

I have not met Mr Ciampi Sr, but I have met Patrick Ciampi Jr & I can tell through him & his talking of his father that he was an incredible father & man. Him & Patrick Jrs mother have brought quality people into the world. My sister Marie speaks of him as if he were her own father. He seems like he was an amazing and one of a kind person & I am so sorry for your loss & send you lots of prayers.
