To Bobby's Family I have known Bobby professionally since 1970. In recent years our conversations at meetings was more personal. I remember vividly our discussion at last years Academy Meeting. We talked late into the night about our priorities in life. I learned a lot about Bobby that night. A person's net worth includes more than financial wealth and possessions. Bobby spent a lifetime accumulating spiritual wealth. His net worth was not measured in dollars or business success. His success was his family and how he conducted himself in business. That was his bottom line. I remember telling Bobby repeatedly during our conversation that he was indeed a wealthy man! Material wealth is temporary. Spiritual wealth is forever. Bobby has left all of you a priceless legacy. He will be missed but will remain in the hearts of everyone he touched. Please accept my most sincere condolences. I am sorry for your loss.

To All, I've known Bob for more than 30 years, professionally. We became friends during this time. I always respected and admired his skills, dedication and many kindnesses. I can still recall our chat about the future, the past and even the universe ... on the Riverwalk in San Antonio. Like Walter, he will be missed. You both left your mark on us all. Lou

To the family of Robert Frank: I was very saddened to learn of the passing of your husband, father and grandfather. I had childhood polio and needed a full length leg brace starting in 1955. Thus, I began a long association with Frank Surgical and the Frank Family that lasted until Bobby sold the business a few years ago. Bobby and his late brother Walter could not have been nicer to me, often fixing my brace on very short notice when I was in need of an urgent repair. They even sent me a replacement part by express mail when I was stranded in Chicago with a broken brace. When they were doing emergency repairs for me in the shop while I waited, they often allowed me to sit in their work area where we had some long, interesting chats. Bobby always inquired after my family and spoke warmly about his own family. He was a very thoughtful, generous and caring man. I am sure all of you will miss him terribly. You have my sincere sympathy. Roger Smith
