Dear Liz, Mary, Joe, Kevin and Desch Family, Our sincerest sympathy for your loss. Hank and Peg were the life of Emwood Ave. Their love, kindness and always welcoming nature created special memories for everyone who was fortunate enough to know them. Your dad's smile and friendly wit made him a joy to be around. He and your mom's lifelong friendship to my parents is truly something special that time and distance could never break. All our love and warmest thoughts as you celebrate your dad's life and reuniting. The Miles Family

Dear Liz and Mary and all the Desch family, I am so sorry to hear about your dad, both your parents were like my second family for many summers spent at their beach house and Desch get togethers. Truly, two of the happiest most loving people I knew, great examples to live by. "A dad leaves his mark on the world with the love he gives his children". Lynette

Dear Desch family, Although we are all grieving the loss of your father here on earth, just think of the joyous celebration that took place in Heaven. Not only did he meet Jesus face-to-face, but he was reunited with your mom, Steve, Sue and Danny. I can't imagine the celebration that took place. As a teenager I always loved being at your house. You could just feel how much love there was between your parents. They always had smiles on their faces, and they were truly interested in what was going on in your life. Thinking of those times warms my heart and I will never forget them. I will always remember your dad as a kind and gentle soul. Thank you God for your gift of salvation. Much love to all of you, Suzanne
