Phil and I have been friends since we met at Franklin High School in 1968. We shared many good times and laughs through the years. Phil enriched the lives of all who knew him. He was a good family man and friend. I will miss him. God Bless the Schepel family.

As good a friend as one can possibly have, both in good times and bad. Phil never forgot where he came from, never forgot his friends. His friendship was a true gift from God. Despite his illness, he possessed great physical and spiritual strength in his last days. His family is a reflection of his values. May God give you peace and His love strength.
