Obituary of Lynn Suzanne Ulrich Wolpert
Lynn Suzanne Ulrich Wolpert, 70, of Holmdel N.J., passed away on Friday, December 30th at Madison Center Nursing Home in Matawan, N.J. Born on Sept. 29th, 1941 to Joseph W. and Lorraine Heath Ulrich in Jersey City, N.J. She graduated from Bergenfield High School in 1959, and then Berkeley College in 1960. She earned a Registered Nurse degree from Brookdale Community College in 1978. She was formerly employed as an executive secretary with Exxon, then was employed at Eastern Airlines and then with Continental Airlines at Newark Airport until her retirement. Lynn and her husband Frank lived in the Strathmore neighborhood of Aberdeen before moving to Holmdel in 1972. Her family was always first on her mind. She was known for her knitting, crocheting, needlework, sewing, cooking, canning, and her excellent Scrabble play. She loved to grow flowers and vegetables and enjoyed swimming. She and her husband Frank travelled all over the world. Her favorite city was Paris which they visited 7 times. Lynn was predeceased by her parents. Surviving is her husband of 50 years, Frank, a daughter Susan Wolpert, two sons Robert and William Wolpert, a sister Carol Griffin, a brother Joe Ulrich, and 4 grandchildren Ashley Wolpert, Daniel, Nicholas, and Brianna Primavera. Visitation will be Tuesday January 3rd, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM, and the Funeral Service will be on Wednesday January 4th 11: 00 AM at the Holmdel Funeral Home, 26 – South Holmdel Road, Holmdel, N.J.
