Rose Favorito, 97, of Middletown passed away on Sunday morning March 10th, 2013 at Bayshore Community Hospital. She was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. She was a parishioner of St. Catharine's R.C. Church in Holmdel, and was a former member of the St. Clement Senior Citizens Club. Nanny Rose was loved by her family and she enjoyed their special times together. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph in 2004, and by her daughter Kathy Mount in 1988. Surviving are her daughter Barbara Pizzolo and her husband Vin, her four grandchildren Mark Pizzolo, Karyn Reyher, Kristen Weinstein, and Greg Mount, and her five great grandchildren Emma, Ian, Gavin, Nina and Rex Visitation will be at the Holmdel Funeral Home 26 – South Holmdel Road, Holmdel NJ on Wednesday March 13th from 1:00 to 3:00PM and from 6:00 to 8:00PM. A Funeral Mass will be offered on Thursday March 14th, 2013 at 10:00AM at St. Catharine's R.C. Church, 108 – Middletown Road, Holmdel. Entombment will then follow at Holmdel Cemetery Mausoleum.
