Obituary of Amy Moreau Feggeler
Amy Moreau Feggeler, 59, Holmdel, passed away Thursday, July 19th.
Amy spent her early life in Colts Neck, NJ, where she attended local schools. She grew up near her father’s tree nursery and loved to ride horses. Employed in retail and clerical work, Amy’s calling was in working with animals. She spent many fulfilling years working as a caretaker of dogs and puppies.
She was very dedicated to her children, Julie and Peter Feggeler, who survive her. Every week without fail she would make a one and a half hour drive each way to see her son, who has autism. Her daughter considered her the best friend she could ever have and her biggest supporter.
She was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Carolyn Moreau and her husband, James Feggeler. In addition to her children, Amy is survived by her siblings: Sarah Moreau, Lisa Klaunig and her husband Jim, and Joseph Moreau and his wife Anne. She is also survived by her in laws John and Ruth Feggeler and her brothers in law, John and Stephen Feggeler and his wife Debra, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Amy was unlike anyone else in her ability to have kindness for everyone she met. She remains in the hearts and minds of those who were lucky enough to know and love her.
