Sally F. Miller, age 85, died on the morning of Wednesday, April 4, in Rye, New York. Born in New Jersey, the daughter of Carol and Joseph Frawley, Mrs. Miller went on to a successful career in retail after graduating on a full scholarship from Russell Sage College in Troy, NY. After mastering her craft at Macy’s, Mrs. Miller later opened her own lingerie store in Colts Neck, NJ, which was a boutique that specialized in bra-fitting. Mrs. Miller’s store had a healthy business for nearly 20 years, and was a fixture in the local community, catering to both men and women who appreciated the owner’s expertise and commitment to her customers. Mrs. Miller is succeeded by her husband Albert A. Miller, son Joseph B. Miller, and daughter Anne M. Attanas. Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 8th from 2pm to 6pm at the Holmdel Funeral Home, 26 South Holmdel Road, Holmdel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Monday, 10:00 am April 9th at St. Benedict R.C. Church, 165 Bethany Road, Holmdel.
