Anna Ricci, 92, of Holmdel, passed away on Saturday morning November 16th, 2013 surrounded by her family, at The Willows in Holmdel. Born in Jersey City, Mrs. Ricci lived in Aberdeen for many years. She attended Jersey City grammar and high schools. She was a home maker, a lifetime member of Deborah Hospital, and a parishioner of St. Benedict R.C.Church in Holmdel. Mrs. Ricci was predeceased by her husband of 65 years, John T. Ricci, Sr. in 2009, her brothers Harry and Robert Anderson, her sister Gertrude Quackenbush, and by her parents Harry and Anna Anderson. Surviving are two daughters and a son in law Mary Ann Carroll and Frances and Alfred Fox, her son John T. Ricci, Jr., four grandchildren and their spouses Daniel and Chiho Carroll, James and Jodi Carroll, Kristin and Robert Acquisto, Renee and Cory Pascarella, and eight great grandchildren. Visitation will be at the Holmdel Funeral Home 26 – South Holmdel Road, Holmdel on Monday November 18th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at St. Benedict R.C.Church 165 – Bethany Road, Holmdel on Tuesday November 19th at 10:00 AM. Entombment will then follow at St. Joseph Cemetery Mausoleum, Keyport, N.J.
