To the Cuocci Family, We are all sharing the pain you feel. That is because you have welcomed us into your family over the years and Mr Cuoch was not just my friends father, but like a family member of my own. It hurts to have him leave, but his presence will always be right there with us. His radiant smile will always reside in my mind, his recipes helped me real in my wife, and his love for his family will be a model for mine. What pains me the most, is knowing how much the family loved Papa Couch. I wish i could ease the pain and it will eventually lessen, but the memories, the good times, the laughs, and most importantly the love of a great family will never fade.
