Obituary of Harriet Hanlon

Harriet Hanlon 74, of Holmdel passed away at home on Saturday, March 30, 2013 after a long and courageous battle with heart disease and cancer. Born in Nanicoke, PA Harriet graduated from Middlesex County College and was a homemaker. She was an avid reader and a parishioner of St. Leo the Great R.C. Church in Lincroft. Mrs. Hanlon was a loving and beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. She was predeceased by her daughters Karen Lombardo and Colleen Pennington, and sister Jeanette Davis. Surviving are her husband John 'Sean' Hanlon, three sons, Robert and John Oshinski and Chad Pennington, 5 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9PM at the Holmdel Funeral Home 26 South Holmdel Road, Holmdel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered 10:00AM Wednesday at St. Leo the Great R.C. Church, Lincroft. Entombment will be in the Holmdel Cemetery.
