Obituary of Mark E. Stancik

Due to the weather, the Funeral Mass for Mark has been changed to Saturday, January, 4, 2013 at 9:15AM Mark E. Stancik, 56, of Holmdel passed away at home on Sunday, December 29, 2013. Born in East Orange, NJ, Mark lived in Holmdel. He was a long time parishioner of St. Catharine's R.C. Church, in Holmdel. He was a graduate of Holmdel High School, earned his Bachelors Degree at Kean College, and was a musician and an avid fisherman. He had a career in customer relations. Predeceased by his parents, and his sister Mary Anne, Mark is survived by his sister Lisa Stancik of Olney, MD, and a niece and nephew Karolina and Eric Stancik also of Olney, MD. Visitation will be held at the Holmdel Funeral Home 26 – South Holmdel Road, Holmdel on Thursday from 3:00 to 7:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Friday, January 3, 2014 at 9:15AM at St. Catharine's R.C. Church 108 – Middletown Road, Holmdel. Interment will then follow at Holmdel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations made in his memory would be appreciated – St. Catherine's Caring Ministry, C/O St. Catharine's R.C. Church, P.O. Box 655, Holmdel, N.J.
