"Ancient Egyptians believed that upon death they would be asked two questions and their answers would determine whether they could continue their journey in the afterlife. The first question was, 'Did you bring joy?' The second was, 'Did you find joy?" Dorothy found joy throughout her life and brought joy to everyone who was blessed to have known her. May you find comfort and peace through the joy Dorothy brought during her life's journey.

Dear Ron, Linda and Gregg, Oh my! I have so many happy and fun memories of growing up around your house. Your Mother and Father had always been so good to me. I shall cherish every moment. Aunt Dottie is my God Mother and my favorite Aunt. I shall always Love her and will miss her so much. I wish to express my sorrow to all of you and your families. I know how hard this is. Also Aunt Altha sends her sympathy. She said "Dottie always treated her so kindly right from the start". Maybe because it was because she was going out with her favorite brother. Aunt Dottie had a long and good life and right now she is with her two favorite people in heaven, your Dad and my Dad. Maybe my Dad and your Mom are back on Aldine St. hiding behind the chicken shed smoking "cornsilk" and then getting caught at it again! I feel so bad that I cannot be there with all of you. But in this time flying up is too cost prohibitive and that breaks my heart! All my Love Patti

Greg, my condolences to you & your family. I know how difficult the last years have been for you and truly empathize. Take comfort in remembering that your mother had a long life, is in a better place now and that you were a good son. John
