I worked at Mintax (and ADP) since 2004, and I got to know Joe. He was a kind, gentle, and thoughtful person. He was a wonderful person to work for. We had many discussions in his office. We remained Facebook friends, but I have not kept close with him after he left ADP. Nonetheless, I am very sad to hear of his passing, and I extend my condolences to his family, friends, and associates.

Joe was always a very outgoing and friendly guy, very active in the community and in the Sports Foundation of Colts Neck. My son Chris and his son Joe were childhood friends and played baseball and soccer together. Joe will be missed. Our condolences to Marie and the family.

We are so very sincerely sorry. We loved Joe. We love your whole family. Joe made a positive impact on us and our children throughout their school years.
