In lieu of flowers donations made to the American Lung Association, 61 – Broadway, New York, New York 10006, in her memory would be appreciated. ______________________________________________________ BARBARA DAMMANN, 73, of HOLMDEL died on Monday, Nov.24th at Riverview Hospital, Red Bank. Mrs. Dammann was born and raised in Arlington, VA. and moved to Holmdel with her husband in 1967. She was a volunteer home health aide with MCOSS, a forerunner of VNA, a volunteer and President of the Marlboro Hospital Auxillary. She was a graduate LPN and worked at several doctors offices in Monmouth County. She is survived by her husband of 55 years Carl of Holmdel, her daughter Linda Babiak and her husband Bart of Colts Neck, her son Mark and his wife Jean of Union Beach, her son Ron, of Palo Alto, California, her sister Joan Nobles and her husnabd James of McLean, Virginia, her grandchildren Laura and Matthew Babiak, Kevin Connelly of Union Beach, and Brian Connelly who is serving in the U.S.Army in Iraq. A visitation will be held at the Holmdel Funeral Home, 26-South Holmdel Road, Holmdel, on Friday Nov. 28th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. A Funeral Service will be offered at the Funeral Home on Saturday morning at 10:00AM. Entombment will then follow at the Holmdel Mausoleum.
