Gerald Hannan, 65 died Wednesday at Care One, Holmdel. Born in Elizabeth, NJ he has lived in South Amboy for the past 24 years. Mr. Hannan worked as a Pipefitter for Local 9 Plumbers and Pipefitters in Englishtown. Gerald was an Army Veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a scuba diving enthusiast and an avid fisherman and loved to travel. Surviving are his daughters, Michelle Hannan, of Franklin Park, NJ and Melissa Hannan, and her boyfriend Luis Rivera, of Bronxville, NY and brother John Hannan. A Memorial Visitation will be held Saturday from 2:00 to 4:00PM at the Holmdel Funeral Home 26 South Holmdel Road, Holmdel.
