Obituary of Ann M. Scholtz
Ann M. Scholtz, 89 of Colts Neck died Sunday December 6, 2009 at home. She was born in Yonkers, NY and lived in Bradenton, FL moving to Colts Neck six years ago. Mrs. Scholtz worked as a Reservations Clerk for the New York Central Railroad. Ann Scholtz was an adventurous soul who, in her younger years, flew a Piper Cup airplane along the Hudson River. She loved opera and had a wonderful voice, once studying and aspiring to be a soprano singer. She loved the outdoors and swimming in the ocean. Kindness was her virtue..listening and understanding her way...Truely she embodied St. Francis, her 'favorite'. In giving love in this life, she knew we honor what is best in others and ourselves....selfless and noble, there was no greater friend ....These gifts she blessed us with to the very end. Thank you Mom. She was predeceased by her husband Theodore J. Scholtz and granddaughter, Katie C. Andryca. Surviving are her two sons, Theodore J. Scholtz, Jr., Chesterfield, MO, George G. Scholtz, Tinton Falls, NJ, two daughters, Kathyann Scholtz, Hudson, MA, Marybeth Andryca, Colts Neck, NJ, three grandchildren, Michael Andryca, Samantha Scholtz, and George Scholtz.
