Obituary of Herbert K. Olcott

Herbert K. Olcott, 86, Millstone Township, passed away at his home on Sunday, May 22, 2016. Born in West Keansburg, NJ. he was a lifelong resident of Monmouth County. For the past 3 years, he lived in Millstone. He loved fishing, and was a true family man. His family was his main focus. Mr. Olcott retired as a plant supervisor for Bendix Corporation, Eatontown after 35 years of employment. He was predeceased by his wife Mary Olcott in December, 2013. Surviving are his sons Kenneth and his wife Donna of Middletown, and Daniel and his wife Jane of Atlantic Highlands, his daughters Cindy D’Amico and her husband Scott of Millstone Twp., and Maria Weatherspool and her husband Rob of Millstone Twp., his grandchildren Melanie, Jason, Samantha, Corey, Emma and Austin, and his great grandchildren Amanda, Emily, Taylor, Kaylee, and Addison. Visitation Wednesday, May 25th, 5:00 – 8:00 pm at the Holmdel Funeral Home, 26 South Holmdel Road, Holmdel. Funeral service Thursday, May 26th, at the funeral home.
