Obituary of Nancy M. Ferrara

Nancy Marie Ferrara (nee Viggiano) 71, of Middletown, passed away after a long battle with cancer on Wednesday, May 4, 2011 at Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank. Born in Jersey City, Nancy has lived in Middletown for the past 33 years. Mrs. Ferrara was a homemaker and a parishioner of St. Catharine’s R.C. Church in Holmdel. Mrs. Ferrara was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, Surviving is her husband Jack Ferrara, daughters Marirose Krall and her husband Stephen, and Regina DiStefano and her husband Robert, son John Ferrara, brother John Viggiano and his wife Rita, and 7 grandchildren Stephen, Caroline, Jack, Tommy, Johnny, Grace, and Alyssa. Visitation will be held Saturday, May 7th, from 1:00 to 5:00PM at the Holmdel Funeral Home 26 South Holmdel Road, Holmdel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered 9:00AM Monday, May 9th, at St. Catharine’s R.C. Church, Holmdel. Entombment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Middletown. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Mrs. Ferrara’s name to Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, P.O. Box 27106, New York, NY 10087-7106
