Lucy La Conte, 92 of Keyport, died on Tuesday January 2nd at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel. Mrs. La Conte was born in Brooklyn and had lived in Keyport for many years. She was a longtime employee for the Pennsylvania Railroad. Lucy will be remembered for her great love of her family. She was pre-deceased by her husband Leo, and her son Angelo La Conte both whom died in 2007. Surviving is her sons, Leo La Conte and Anthony La Conte; two daughters, Lucille Baker and Joanne La Conte; her grandchildren, John Dougherty, David La Conte, Renee Marchisotto. Visitation will be Friday, 5 - 9 pm at the Holmdel Funeral Home, 26 South Holmdel Road, Holmdel, NJ. Funeral services and interment in St. Joseph's cemetery will be private.
