Obituary of Rosemarie B. Journick
Rosemarie B. Journick, 73 of Hazlet died Saturday (11/21) at home. Born in Brooklyn, NY, Mrs. Journick was a homemaker. Rosemarie was a parishioner of St. Benedict’s Church in Holmdel for 47 years where she served as a Eucharist Minister. She enjoyed trips to AC, was an avid bridge player, a friend of Bill W., loved to travel and spend time with her family, most of all her grandchildren. Mrs. Journick was predeceased by her husband, Francis X. Journick in 1982, son Francis X. Journick, Jr. in 2006, and brother, John Boiko. Surviving are her sons, Kevin, and his wife Anne, Joseph, and his wife Mary Ellen, and John, and his wife Missy, daughters Janine Krieger, and Judith Emslie, daughter-in-law, Patrice Journick, sister, Kay Colapinto, sister-in-laws, Cleo Boiko and Rosemary Rackiewicz, and grandchildren, Melanie, Francis, Matthew, Patrice, Sarah, Caroline, Grayce, Joseph, Michael, Patrick, Jacqueline, Kevin, Elizabeth, Bridget, Anna, and Gordon.
