Theresa Carlson of Holmdel, NJ passed away on March 3rd, 2016 at the age of 84. Born in Chicago Heights, Illinois, Theresa moved to Holmdel NJ with husband David where they raised their family. Theresa was a wonderful homemaker for years and also worked for Bell Labs as a Medical Administrative Assistant. Theresa had the opportunity to travel the world with her husband. Theresa was always giving of herself and volunteering her time for the church and other organizations. She was a Eucharistic Minister at St. Benedicts Church in Holmdel. She tirelessly helped those in need. Examples of which were reading to children in area schools, visiting senior citizens, taking clothes and provisions to the homeless and helping rebuild communities. Theresa is predeceased by her parents Antoinette Moscherini, and Basilio Narcisi, her husband David Carlson and son Kris Carlson. Theresa is survived by her daughter Vanessa Fitzpatrick and her husband Ken, daughter Lori Carlson, daughter in law Tammy Carlson. Theresa was loved by ten grandchildren, Lori, Eric and wife Marisa, Jeff and wife Eileen, Mark, Kelly, Jay and wife Hannah, Erica, Jack, Mitch and Keith, as well as six great grandchildren. A joint Memorial service will be held at St. Benedict’s Church in Holmdel on Saturday March 5th at 1:00 PM along with her husband, David. A private burial is planned by the family.
