Uncle Bob was just a great guy - so cool, so easygoing and so fun to hang out with. We had great fun at Monmouth Park and eating ice cream waffles on the Point Pleasant boardwalk in the summers in New Jersey. When I spent time in Colorado, "Uncle Billy Bob" took me to Rockies' games and to a restaurant where he introduced me to John Elway. Throughout my entire life, he quizzed me about baseball. We had countless great memories as a family. I was so proud that he got to spend time with my own son in recent years as he returned to his native New Jersey. The bond between him and my Mom was always so powerful and exemplary of how siblings should be. I send my deepest condolences to Erica, Robbie, Anna, Susan, his grandchildren and the many people he touched. We will love you forever, Uncle Bob.
