WILLIAM Mc CORMICK, 89, of HOLMDEL passed away at home on Monday, November 2nd, 2009. Mr. McCormick was a lifelong resident of Holmdel. He served his country in the U.S.Navy during World War II, and was a life long member of the Holmdel VFW, an Exempt Member of the Holmdel Fire Company #1 and the Holmdel Fire Police. He was an avid hunter, and fisherman. He was predeceased by a son in law George Meissner. He is survived by his wife Elinor 'Ducky' McCormick, his daughters Carol Meissner of Tuckerton, NJ, Michele Damen of Shrewsbury, Margaret Harrison and her husband Charles of Freehold, and Sharon Lasater of Holmdel, his sister Marguerite and her husband Malcolm Peseux of Holmdel, his grandchildren Bonnie Meissner, Jeffrey Harrison and his wife Traci, Scott Damen and his wife Bonny, Lance Meissner and his wife Janine, Brian Harrison and his wife Janice, Megan Porter and her husband Cole, Amy Lucas and her husband Ed, Kylie Moore and her husband Andy., and 10 great grandchildren.
