Christine G. Farias (nee Mirra) died Thursday at home in Red Bank. She was 80. Born in Fall River, MA she lived in Jersey City prior to moving to Lincroft in 1972. Mrs. Farias worked for 27 years as an Office Manager for the American Lung Association of Central NJ, retiring in 1991. She was a parishioner of St. Catharine’s R.C. Church in Holmdel where she also belonged to the Church’s Rosary Altar Society and Rosary Makers. Mrs. Farias was predeceased by her husband Manuel Farias, a sister, Philomena Beshara, and a brother Philip Mirra. Surviving is her daughter, Gilda Healy, and her husband Michael, nephew, Edmond Beshara, and his wife Katy, 2 nieces Toni Jean Beshara and Bertha Colamora, and a grandniece, Alexa Beshara. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to either the American Lung Association, American Heart Association, or St. Jude Childrens Hospital.
