It’s been two years since you’ve passed and I miss you more and more every day Pop Pop. I took out the box of tricks today and thought of you. You always had magic tricks up your sleeve making everyone in the room laugh. For that matter you’d always bring instant joy to everyone around. One of the many reasons you were an incredible man. Mr. Budnick, I met you once at the Montanelli’s Home and it sure was an experience. I am fortunate enough to have the privilege of dating your granddaughter Deanna. There are very few people who can bring so much happiness and laughter to a room and you are one of them. Even though our time together was short it’s something I’ll always carry with me. John was a loving, giving and supportive Father, Grandfather and Father-in-law to me and my family. He was always willing to help out in any way he could. He loved spending time with the kids and would always have a set of jokes and magic tricks for them. We have shared many fond memories over the years and he will be missed. Rest in Peace John.
