I was very sorry to hear of Uncle Jim's passing. I will always remember his dark black hair and mustache. So distinctive. Most of all, I remember all those days at 7509-13th Avenue, Beachview 6-2991. Uncrating eggs (he always scolded us for tossing them around), restocking the milk, packing orders and helping out Freddie on the truck. It was Uncle Jim who gave me my first crack at the REAL cash register!!! He was one of a kind and will be missed. His spirit will always remain with the family.
