ELLEN R. KUKASCH, 82, of Holmdel, passed away on Friday, November 12th at the Bayshore Health Care Center, Holmdel. Born in Passaic, N.J. Mrs. Kukasch lived in Holmdel for 46 years. She was a graduate of the Katharine Gibbs School, and was an Executive Secretary at Charles of the Ritz in Holmdel. She belonged to Cross of Glory Lutheran Church, and was a member of the Altar Guild. She participated in Project Linus and volunteered for Meals on Wheels. Mrs. Kukasch was an elected member of the Holmdel Republican Municipal Committee, and a former Council President of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Holmdel. Surviving are her husband of 58 years, Herbert, a son Carl, and a daughter Loraine. Visitation is on Monday 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm at the Holmdel Funeral Home, 26 South Holmdel Rd., Holmdel NJ. Funeral service will be held Tuesday 11 am at Cross of Glory Lutheran Church, 95 Cambridge Drive, Aberdeen, NJ. Entombment will be at Holmdel Cemetery.
